Bubbles was found living on the streets. He came in with bad matts and skin allergies. He is now doing better and ready for adoption. He is super sweet and also enjoys lots of lap time. He loves to play with stuffed animals and is learning how to bring them back to you. Come and meet Bubbles and fall in love.
