DOB 1/2008 (arrived at shelter 2/3/10) Kellary is a lucky dog. He was taken from another shelter where his time was up AND he had a serious injury. Despite what seemed like nothing but bad luck for this guy, Kellary got his first "good news" when he learned that our shelter was able to take him in and would also pay for his needed surgery. His surgery was early February, and now our Kellary is healed and raring to go. He walks fine on the leash and loves to get pets. He has learned how to "sit" and loves to get pets, including having his fur brushed. He recognizes his favorite volunteers and will wag his tail eagerly for them. He looks forward to getting scratches around his head and under his chin. He would make a faithful companion animal, and is just looking for a home where he gets a reasonable amount of exercise and lots of love and attention - to make up for what he didn't get before. Is that your home? Come see Kellary at Dog & Kitty City!
