Meet Pauline! Pauline was picked up by local animal control and was very frightened at the shelter. She wasn’t at all aggressive, just feeling afraid by new people and the noises in the shelter, poor little dog! When she was rescued from the shelter and taken to her foster home, little Miss Pauline showed her happy, confident side!
Pauline loves to snuggle on your lap and enjoys to be petted. She gets great enjoyment out of “shaking” toys, loves to chase balls, and will play with the other little Chihuahua in her foster home. She is a great walking companion as well, always eager to go out for trips outside. She gets along with other dogs, including big dogs. Pauline is a sweet dog and does a cute little flirty dance when she wants to get some attention. Pauline is house trained, fully vetted, and recently had her teeth cleaned.
We’re not sure of Pauline’s age, guessing about 10 years but she has a lot of life and love to give still.
Pauline is a small dog, around 7 lbs so she is better suited for a home with older children who are aware of where she is. She’d be excellent for a senior adult who is still able to walk since she likes walks but does not need long walks. She’s a great lap dog and would be a great TV watching companion.
Pauline’s foster mom adores Pauline and thinks she’s a wonderful little angel! If you’d like to meet Pauline, contact pat at
