Glenda was born in 3/2010. She and her 3 babies, Garrett, Graham, and Greta, were all rescued from underneath a kind family's porch and brought to the shelter with hopes of being adopted and finding forever homes.
Glenda and all of the babies tested positive for feline leukemia (FeLV), so they need to be adopted by a human who has no other cats or another FeLV positive cat. FeLV cannot be transmitted to dogs or humans, so dogs and children in the home will not be at risk.
Gorgeous Glenda is incredibly friendly, and she is the first to greet visitors to the special room where she, her babies and the other FeLV positive cats live at the shelter. Glenda jumps up on the seat beside you and tells you how things are going. She is a happy and healthy girl who loves pets and attention. She is also a playful cat. Her right eye was scratched when she was wrestling with a buddy ! (It does not require any treatment.) Please consider making Glenda a member of your family !
This animal has been lucky enough to be adopted into a loving home! Please help us find homes for the others by contributing in any of these ways.
