Sage didn't have much of a say about coming here, she was thrown over the shelter fence – she deserves a good life and we will help her find the best possible home.
Sage is approximately 5 months old, she is not a big girl yet, weighing about 20 pounds. She is a happy puppy who wants to learn. At her age, puppies are eager volunteers in life - they love to run, wrestle with other puppies, play and play some more and tend to be a little independent. They love to experience new things, crave attention and will not turn away from something to chew on.
Sage is believed to be a Dutch Shepherd/mix - high-energy, intelligent dogs that are affectionate, obedient, alert, faithful and reliable – a happy dog that is cunningly smart. They are friendly, loving and playful and very loyal to family and because of their agility and focus are usually very good at dog sports.
Sage has a nice brindle coat making her a real standout!! She is young and needs to learn all the positive things that puppies need to learn in order to make them good family pets including house training. She is very curious, doesn't mind being held and like all puppies loves pets and attention.
Sage is a growing puppy and will need a home where she will get lots of love, plenty of exercise and someone willing to properly train this wonderful little girl and in return she will no doubt make a great companion for just the right family.
