Cisco is a Chihuahua mix approximately 2 years old and was found running loose at a park.
The Chihuahua is known to be courageous, lively and adventurous and very affectionate. They tend to have a sassy nature with terrier-like attitudes of self importance, confidence and self-reliance. They don't need a lot of exercise other than play time but a daily walk is fun for them and also satisfies their need to explore new things. Chihuahuas respond best to gentle training with positive reinforcement.
Cisco is a little guy weighing less than 5 pounds but he doesn't have a small dog presence about him. Some people believe that Chihuahuas originated from the Fennec Fox and Cisco certainly has a foxy look in his appearance. He is cute, totally sweet and cuddly but equally energetic and playful. Cisco plays very well with the other dogs at the shelter but he also doesn't object at all when you pick him up and snuggle with him.
Because of his size Cisco would do equally well in an apartment or house. If you are interested in seeing this small wonderful little dog, come and see him at Dog & Kitty City.
