Hi, I'm Jack and I was lost along with my 3 siblings on the streets of Fort Worth. We gave this lady our biggest puppy eyes and she put us in her car and took us to her home in Carrollton. She already has 3 dogs in her home, so she wants to help us find a more permanent home. I would love to find a good family who will take care of me and maybe my brother, Sawyer, or one of my sisters, Kate and Juliet.
I am a Whippet mix and weigh about 23 pounds (as of early Jan). I am a playful dog and I like to be picked up. I’ll give you kisses if you let me close to your face because I like human attention. I like it, but I won't make you crazy with kisses. I love to go outside and discover what’s hiding in the green grass. I’m a young pup, so I’m still learning to potty outside, but I do understand that outside is where I should do my business—I just can’t hold it sometimes! I play well with my siblings, but I would have to get used to other dogs since Sawyer and Kate usually protected me from danger. I’m an inside dog and I can’t stand the cold much, but I’ll keep you warm if you let me!
Jack is in a foster home and not at the shelter. If you would like to know more about him or make an appointment to meet him, contact
