Finn is a sweet kitten looking for his forever home! He is shy at first but becoming more confident and playful. He loves playing with his littermate and the older cat in his foster home.
Finn was born with condition called Eyelid Agenesis. He will need surgery when he is 6 to 8 months of age. Eyelid agenesis is a congenital disorder in which the eyelid doesn't form properly during development within the womb. The cause of the condition is unknown, but it is speculated to be either genetic, viral or environmental. While rare, it is the most common congenital eyelid disorder found in cats. It may be partial (coloboma) or complete, it usually affects both eyes (bilateral), and one kitten or several within a litter may be born with the condition.
Since Finn is in a foster home we do ask that you fill out an adoption application first, you can do one online or at the shelter.
